Your responsibilities will include

• Advice on accounting and tax
• Oversee and implement the accounting
  • Invoice management, A/R, A/P, PIT, cash flow, bank transfer, and maintaining control of contracts/ creditors.
  • Expense tracking, accurate and timely reporting
  • Management of journals, ledgers, and other records
  • Coordinate the annual audit activities
  • Recommend process improvements
• Manage/ communicate with suppliers
• Review/ check the monthly/ quarterly reports: VAT, PIT, FCT;
• Report directly to the CFO

The gross salary offered is negotiable, depending on your qualification and experience. The package includes a 13th-month bonus, private health insurance, a laptop, and other benefits.

You should have the following skills and attributes

• 3 years of sales accounting experience in the retail industry
• Good knowledge of regulation, accountants payable, and general accounting procedures
• Sense of detail and good organization
• University qualification in economics/ finance or accounting
• Having experience with Tax accountant under Vietnam Tax Law
• Having experience in making Finance reports
• Be fluent in Vietnamese and have good spoken and written English
• Knowledge of Excel plus other accounting software
• Be self-motivated and work well in a team
• Having experience in a consulting firm is a plus
